To receive a delivery estimate, please contact us with the item(s) of interest, your delivery zip code, and your preferred delivery service:

• Threshold Delivery (inside the main entrance)
• White Glove Delivery (placement inside the home and room of choice)

For Threshold Delivery, please indicate whether a capable adult will be available to assist with unloading if needed. Any relevant access details, including stairs, elevators, gated communities, or restricted access, are also appreciated.

We coordinate delivery nationwide and are happy to help determine the most appropriate delivery option for your purchase.

Due to the age, uniqueness, and one-of-a-kind nature of our collections, all sales are final.

We encourage clients to review all photographs, measurements, and item details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece, we're happy to provide additional details or images prior to purchase.

Generally, an antique is at least 100 years old, while vintage refers to pieces that are typically between 20 and 99 years old.

Our collections focus primarily on authentic European antiques selected for their craftsmanship, character, and enduring appeal. Occasionally, we include exceptional vintage pieces when they complement the collection and meet our standards for quality and design.

We take great care in preparing antiques for transit and work with trusted delivery partners to help ensure pieces arrive safely.

Upon delivery, please inspect your purchase carefully before signing any delivery paperwork. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt, take photographs, and contact us immediately.

We will assist in coordinating the appropriate next steps with the carrier and any applicable shipping claim.
